Thermlux was founded on a simple idea: that anyone buying or building a property on the Costa del Sol deserves to know exactly what they're getting — not just what it looks like, but what's really going on inside the walls.

I bring over 16 years of hands-on experience across design, construction, and project management, working on everything from single kitchen fits to some of the UK's highest-profile developments — including large-scale residential projects, luxury installations for high-net-worth clients, and multi-plot developments of 300+ units. I've spent years reading technical drawings, producing CAD designs, managing fabrication to installation, and overseeing quality control on projects where getting the details right wasn't optional.

Since 2018, I've worked as a carpenter on projects across both Spain and the UK, giving me a practical understanding of construction standards, materials, and common issues on both sides — knowledge that's directly relevant to spotting problems in Costa del Sol properties, whether they're older village builds, coastal apartments, or new developments.

That background is why Thermlux exists. A property inspection isn't just about pointing a thermal camera at a wall — it's about knowing what you're looking at, understanding how buildings are actually put together, and recognising when something doesn't add up. That's the standard I bring to every inspection.

I'm a Certified Property Inspector with a Thermal Imaging certification, and I'm covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Every inspection on the Costa del Sol, in every town Thermlux covers, is carried out personally, by me.
